Welcome to Royal Cab Services. By booking a ride with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions. These terms set forth the legal agreement between you and Royal Cab Services and regulate how you utilize our services. You should avoid using our services if you disagree with any of these terms.

  1. Booking and Payment

Booking Methods: You may book a ride through our website, mobile application, or by calling our customer service helpline.

Payment: Credit/debit cards, mobile payment apps, or cash can be used to pay for rides at the time of booking or when the ride is finished.

Pricing: Time, distance, and any applicable fees are taken into account while calculating fares. Tolls, waiting times, and special requests could incur additional fees.

Cancellations:

  • To avoid a cancellation fee, cancellations must be notified at least two hours before the planned ride.
  • A cancellation fee can apply if you need to cancel within two hours of the planned ride.
  • The entire cost will be charged for no-shows.

Refunds:

Each refund is handled individually. Please get in touch with us within 48 hours of the ride if you think you were charged wrongly.

  1. Passenger Responsibilities

Accurate Information: When making a reservation, passengers are required to supply precise pick-up and drop-off information. Inaccurate information could result in extra fees or canceled rides.

Safety Regulations:

  • All passengers must wear seatbelts during the ride.
  • As required by law, parents or guardians must make sure that children under the age of eight are buckled up in the proper child safety seat.

Prohibited Conduct:

  • It is forbidden to smoke, vape, or consume alcohol in any vehicle.
  • It is strictly prohibited to engage in illicit actions, such as carrying firearms or illegal substances.
  • In addition to showing drivers respect, passengers must abstain from using foul language or acting offensively.

Lost Items:

Personal belongings left in the car are not Royal Cab Services’ responsibility. However, if lost products are reported as soon as possible, we will try our best to return them.

  1. Limitations on Liability and Service

Limited Liability:

  • Royal Cab Services is not liable for delays due to traffic, weather conditions, road closures, accidents, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Only the fare paid for the particular ride in question is subject to our liability.

Driver Discretion:

  • If a passenger is discovered to be intoxicated, unruly, or involved in illegal activity, our drivers maintain the right to reject service.
  • If a driver deems a situation unsafe, they may terminate the ride immediately.

  1. Service Modifications & Termination

Changes to the Policy: Royal Cab Services maintains the right, at any time and without prior notice, to alter, suspend, or terminate any aspect of the service.

Account Termination: If a traveler breaches these terms and conditions or acts in an abusive or fraudulent manner, we have the right to deny service or close accounts.

Information Collection: For security and service enhancement reasons, we gather and save personal information such as name, contact details, and ride history.

Confidentiality: Unless mandated by law, your personal information won’t be disclosed to outside parties.

Security Measures: To safeguard your data, we use industry-standard security methods; yet, we are unable to provide total assurance of security for online transactions.

Feedback & Complaints: Please get in touch with our customer service team within 48 hours if you have any complaints about your ride experience.

Dispute Resolution: Before taking legal action, we urge a friendly resolution of disagreements through mediation.
