**Drug-Free / Alcohol-Free Workplace**
Employees are strictly prohibited from the unlawful consumption, distribution, possession, sale, or use of controlled substances while on duty. Additionally, employees must not be under the influence of any controlled substance, including drugs or alcohol, while at work, on company premises, or while engaged in company business. Exceptions to this policy include prescription medications and over-the-counter drugs, provided they are taken as directed. Any employee found in violation of this policy may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
